Job Description-
- Technical consultant with CRM background, having worked on the MS CRM product extensively and done multiple implementations.
- Worked on different CRM versions.
- Aware of mobility in CRM.
- Knows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
- Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it is one of the key responsibilities.
- Develop solutions, resolve the issues etc.
- He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication.
Required Skills-
- Certified professional and having experience in Installation (considering accessing via Microsoft Outlook and Mobile), customizations in On-Premise, Online model (considering best practices within Microsoft Dynamics CRM), and customization of reports in On-Premise and Online model.
- Experience in Integration with third party applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Database, Windows Server Operating System, Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services.
- Experience in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and aware of sizing of hardware and software would be an added advantage
- Implemented complete life cycle of least 2 to 3 projects.
- Also having done projects on premise/ cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.

Job Description:
- Should have end to end implementation cycle experience with any CRM product like Salesforce, SugarCRM or Dynamics.
- Interface with clients, understand requirements and clearly document them and pass on to the development team.
- Ability to provide a solution summary to clients that can meet their requirements.
- Understanding of customization and configuration capabilities of a CRM solution.
- Knowledge of writing a detailed functional design document.
- Test the functions and the features being developed and confirm that they fulfil the business requirements.
- Acts as an entry-point for end-users in the issue resolution process, tracking issues through to completion.
- Prepare Detailed training guides and user manuals.
- Provide Training to clients and end-users.
- Provide post go-live support to help resolve issues.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet client expectations in terms of scope and quality.
- Participates in Scrum planning and release management, testing and validation.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
- Good at analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
